The Agency for the Presidency of the Prophet’s Mosque, Madinah, Saudi Arabaia, has disclosed that the Mosque received more than 4, 252, 000 worshippers and visitors during the period from Dhul Hijjah 7 to 14, corresponding to June 25 to July 2.
A report by Saudi Press Agency said more than 271,173 people came to greet the prophet, and 75, 529 worshippers were allowed to visit the Rawdah Sharif thanks to the organisation and facilitation of the president.

The Presidency of the mosque said, “The areas set aside for the elderly have helped more than 6, 782 people, while 14, 766 people attended the Prophet’s Mosque’s religious lectures.
“The recipients of religious counselling services totaled 11, 534, while more than 4, 703 people profited from field awareness programmes, the presidency also noted that 46,138 gifts were given out to pilgrims and worshippers.”
The presidency report indicated that 4,279 visitors and worshippers used the unified number and communication channels, and 17,650 visited exhibitions.
“There are 3,001 beneficiaries of the language communication service and 10,158 beneficiaries of the library service, while 115,090 used various means of transportation, and 8,296 benefited from the guidance service.
“The presidency distributed 203,294 bottles of Zamzam water and 426,457 meals for those fasting,” the report said.

“There were 3,001 language communication service users, 10,158 library users, 115,090 people who used various forms of transportation, and 8,296 people who benefited from the guiding service.
“The presidency also provided 426,457 meals and 203,294 bottles of Zamzam water to individuals who were fasting.”
The presidency’s weekly report also disclosed that it has intensified efforts in conjunction with the security service, health, emergency, and volunteer organisations to offer the pilgrims, visitors, and worshippers of the Prophet’s Mosque the best services possible with ease and comfort.
