Super Falcons of Nigeria have qualified for the knock out stage at the ongoing FIFA Women World Cup, after picking one point in an encounter with the women team of the Republic of Ireland on Monday morning.

The Super Falcons finished second in the group stage with five points behind Australia after Canada surrendered to a humiliating 4 goals to nil to co-host of the tournament, Australia, in the final game of the group stage.
