The Resident Electoral Commissioner, Barrister Mutiu Agboke was on Thursday honoured with Merit Award by the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, Ogun State, during the inauguration of the 8th and first female Chairman of the Association.

At the event held in Abeokuta, the Ogun State Capital, Dr Agboke had earlier presented a paper titled ‘Accounting and the Law: Implications for Practitioners’ wherein he condemned the needless rivalry between ANAN and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN.
