Pelican Valley Estate has presented title documents to about two dozens of diaspora investors who have concluded plans to commence construction work on their property at the Estate, by 2025.

A United Kingdom – based IT guru and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Avenue Impact, Funso Akinwunmi, took delivery of the documents on behalf of his members in the United Kingdom.

Akinwunmi was highly impressed with the demonstrable integrity of the real estate firm and its CEO, Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo, especially with the land and timely delivery of the relevant documents delivered to him.

He lauded the real estate company on the one hundred percent Return on Investment realized by his members within one year of investment in the estate products.

Akinwunmi said his people abroad will begin construction work next year to enable them start growing their wealth as quickly as possible.

He also expressed the confidence that any real estate product from Pelican Valley and Adeyemo will attract immediate patronage because of proven integrity and diligence.

Akinwunmi said, “After collecting these documents, they told me that the next phase is to start building which is going to start next year.

“The whole thing is an attestation to integrity. It shows that Pelican Valley has integrity, especially Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, because when I was introduced to him last year, I kind of hesitated but one of my mentees that introduced me, the person I trained who got an offer and working as an IT consultant, assured me and I believed and embraced Pelican Valley vision and obviously encouraged some of our members to invest in it.

“So, when he came to the UK last year December, he spoke about it, his business in real estate and people were actually happy and they believed. You know, that is what integrity does.

"And this (title documents) are a prove as well. Now that they have gotten the documents it is a prove that it works.

"They have invested, they are getting their documents and they will start growing their wealth from there.

"We bought the property around four million plus, today, its N7.5m and by the end of this year, the same plot will be N10m, that is over one hundred percent Return on investment within a year.

“This shows that every opportunity that comes from Pelican Valley and Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, they will immediately invest in it as well. So, that is what we need.”

Earlier, Adeyemo assured the clients that they would build with ease as the estate has full government approved layout.

He also assured them that getting a building approval for development is seamless in Ogun State with the current administration, provided the government procedures are followed diligently.

According to the real estate entrepreneur, the firm will also provide the necessary help and guide to clients on getting the government building approval papers.

He said, “It will be easy for them to build. This is an estate with full government approved layout. Getting a building approval for development in Ogun State is seamless with a government approved estate live Pelican Estates. Within two weeks, you will get your building approval approved in our estates and we are going to help them, guide them to do the right thing.

“We have been able to help over 100 of existing clients to secure building approvals in Pelican Brief estate, Kobape, Abeokuta, where we also have over one thousand Nigerians Nigerians in the diaspora who had keyed into the project. So, it is not something that is difficult to achieve if you follow diligently the government laid down procedure. We are looking forward to seeing all of them commence building on their lands next year.

"I’m looking forward to do more business with the AVI mostly the Nigerians in diaspora. At Pelican Valley we are changing the narrative. Gone are the days that you give money to people to buy land and they disappear with it. Sincerely, we are changing the narrative. We believe Nigerians in diaspora and Nigeria generally will be better for it.”
