17 year old debutant, Pau Cubarsi, was all that was needed to cage the likes of the African Footballer of the Year, Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the high-stakes Champions League Round of 16 clash between Barcelona and Napoli.

Barcelona proceeded to the next stage of the competition after 4 - 1 win (aggregate) against Napoli.

Barca made a phenomenal start into the game, had to suffer for 45 minutes, but finished strong and earned a tough but deserved win.

Onto the quarter-finals for the first time in four years.

Both teams came into the match with a 1 - 1 aggregate, but it was Barcelona's day leading the scores in the 15th minute by Femin Lopez after a beautiful cross by Raphinha.

Raphinha would again had his effort denied by the post at the 17th minute after a successful counter attack but Joao Cancelo was on hand as he reacted first on the loose ball and puts it into the net with his right foot.

In the 30th minute, Napoli came back in the game after the visitors build down the right wing, and Matteo Politano’s cross finds the run of Amir Rrahmani from deep and the center-back hits the bottom corner.

Lamine Yamal made it 3-1 as he taps in a shot from Sergi Roberto following a corner, but the youngster was offside and the goal is correctly ruled out at the 68th minute.

Barca restored their two-goal lead and took a major step towards the quarter-finals as Sergi Roberto made a beautiful one-two with Ilkay Gündogan and gave Robert Lewandowski the easiest of tap-ins.

A fantastic team goal, and qualification was assured at the 83rd minute.
