Barcelona finally got their revenge against Bayern Munich in a Champion’s League rout on Wednesday, thanks to the Brazilian Forward, Raphael Dias Belloli, known as Raphinha hat-trick.

The thrashing which ended 4- 1 was the first win for the Spanish giant against the Bundesliga leaders since 2015, and it is the first hat-trick of the Brazilian in a Champion's League game.

Barca suffered their heaviest humiliation in the hands of Bayern in the Quarter Finals of the tournament in the 2019/2020 season when the Bundesliga team put eight goals past them in front of their own fans.

Barca has suffered four other straight defeats during the Group E game in 2021/2022 and Group C game during the 2022/2023 seasons.

It was a huge statement from Barcelona as Hansi Flick inflicts a heavy defeat on his former club to end the Catalan side’s run of six successive defeats against Bayern.

Raphinha’s hat-trick and Robert Lewandowski’s goal against his former employer moves Barca to six points in the tournament.
