Oyo State House of Assembly has removed the Deputy Governor of the State, Rauf Olaniyan.

He was removed after the presentation and consideration of the report of a seven man panel set up by the Chief Judge of the State, Munta Abimbola.

The impeachment was effect after the panel found Olaniyan guilty of thr allegations brought against him.

All the 23 PDP lawmakers at the plenary voted in support of the recommendation of the panel to remove Olaniyan.
