Contrary to the news making the rounds that the Onjo of Okeho, Oba Rafiu Osuolale, is dead, the Kabiyesi, according a reliable palace source, is hale and herty.

Although, the Monarch was said to be ill for sometimes, he was discharged from the University Teaching Hospital, UCH, Ibadan, few days ago.

HorisonTimes, Monday, gathered that the Kabiyesi who was also aware of his rumoured death has been receiving several calls and visitors since the fake news was reported in an online platform.

The Kabiyesi was also said to have moved to an open place within the palace for people to see him and confirm his state for health.

The Source said, "I have just left the palace now, nothing happened to Kabiyesi, there are several people greeting the Kabiyesi as I talk to you. Kabiyesi is also aware of the fake news, and that is why many people have thronged the palace to see Kabiyesi themselves.

"Kabiyesi is aware and he has started picking all his calls, we have asked him to also moved outside so that people can see him, it will not feel as if we are shielding him from people.

"We were the ones who advised him earlier to take enough rest, but now, it is absolutely necessary for him to come out to the public, we will soon allow people to talk to him and spread his video.

"People should stop spreading bad news about him," the source said.
