Flying Eagles of Nigeria, Thursday, kickd out the host of the ongoing FIFa U20 world cup, Argentina, of the tournament following a 2-0 victory at the Estadio San Juan del Bicentenario, Wednesday.

The Ladan Bosso boys who qualified for the knockout stage as best losers from Group D, defeated Argentina, one of the favourites of the tournament, following two goals at the second half.

Ibrahim Beji Muhammad gave the Nigeria lead a deserved lead at the 61th minute following a fine assist from Umeh Emmanuel.

Rilwanu Sarki extended the lead at the 91st minute with a beautiful header following an assist from Victor Ehuwa Eletu.
