At the meeting is a former governor of the State, Sir Peter Odili, who arrived the State House with the Governor, and other stakeholders from the state.
The President is apparently wading into the face-off between the governor and his predecessor, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, again, after his earlier intervention.
Wike, according to sources, was earlier sighted at the villa before the arrival of Fubara and Odili
Sources within the presidency confirmed that the meeting may not be unconnected with the ongoing crisis in the State.
It will be recalled that the development in the state has forced 27 out of 32 members of the State House of Assembly, who are loyalists of the FCT Minister out of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Before the meeting kicked off earnestly, the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima was seen attending the meeting, the source further said.
